WarehousePro supplies independent grocers across Texas and was outgrowing spreadsheet-based stock counts. We delivered a Livewire dashboard that aggregates counts from three warehouses, flags SKUs below reorder point, and lets buyers raise purchase orders for supplier approval.
Buyers now complete their Monday stock review in under an hour instead of half a day, and finance has a single export for month-end valuation.
