Summit Field Operations CRM

Summit Mechanical's technicians were juggling phone calls, paper work orders, and a shared spreadsheet for scheduling. We built a Laravel + Livewire CRM that gives dispatchers a live board of open jobs, assigns crews by skill and location, and lets technicians update job status from the field. The system replaced three disconnected tools and cut average dispatch time from 18 minutes to under 5. Managers now see daily revenue, parts usage, and overdue callbacks in one dashboard.
