Ledger Partners was emailing PDF bundles and chasing clients on WhatsApp for missing receipts. We built a branded client portal where each SME uploads documents to assigned folders, approves monthly invoices, and messages their account manager — all audited and encrypted at rest.
Client upload compliance improved within the first quarter, and support staff report spending roughly half the time on document-chase emails.
