Northline Logistics needed orders from Shopify to flow into their warehouse system and invoices to land in Xero without manual CSV exports. We designed a Laravel API hub with queued webhooks, idempotent retry logic, and an admin dashboard showing failed syncs with one-click replay.
Phase one (Shopify → WMS → Xero) is live; phase two adds carrier tracking webhooks and client-facing shipment status pages.
